NOTE: Unlike most of my works, the significance of this tiny fable is not explicitly stated. Make sure you can explain to the youngsters that Bruno is a type of Christ and Saint Andrew is a type of all-Christian.
Everyone knew Bruno was impoverished the moment he arrived at college. His clothes were soiled, he never carried cash, and his hair was never clean. However, once a disadvantaged child begins school, the bullies usually target him the most. Many of the Christian youngsters disliked it, but they were frightened to intervene. The first time Saint Andrew saw Bruno, he realized there was something strange about him. Bruno had only one dish for lunch since that was all he could afford. As a result, Andrew purchased two complete lunches and delivered one to Bruno.
"My name is Andrew. Today I got two dinners by mistake. "Are you willing to accept one?" Bruno's eyes glowed with gratitude at the offer.
"Certainly, sure. Hello, my name is Bruno. "I'm new around here." Over lunch, the two became good friends. "Pay attention, Bruno. Take care of the bullies, please. They always pick on the poor, uh, eh, new children, and I don't want to see you be injured." Saint Andrew counseled.
"I'll be cautious. Don't be concerned about me, Andrew. For everything." Bruno grinned. That smile appeared once again. Usually, underprivileged children did not grin as if they were on top of the world. Bruno gave that kind of smile. Even when the snooty kids wouldn't talk to him, bumped him, or said vulgar things to him, he was at ease in college. He merely sang a little melody and strolled in the center of the hall with a spring in his step, as if he couldn't be disturbed by anything. Even others who wanted to bully him hesitated and watched him leave, perplexed and asking, what's the handle Bruno?
Suddenly, the most powerful bully of them advanced on Bruno. Rocky was his name, and even the bullies feared him. "Hold it exactly there," Rocky instructed. "What makes you so happy?" Before they get smashed up, not many of us are happy." Rocky stated.
"Good day, Bruno." Bruno formally introduced himself. Then he did something that stunned the entire school. Bruno merely rapt slightly to the left, causing Rocky to move with him and give him space. Bruno softened beneath Rocky's right arm and continued heading toward the exit.
“BRUNO!” Rocky is known for going into a rage. "MEET ME AT THE BASEBALL FIELD AT FIVE O'CLOCK." He posed a challenge. Bruno returned to Rocky with a joyful grin on his face. "I'm delighted." He arrived without a sign of fear or fury, almost as if he was setting up a date to play baseball instead of getting abused by Rocky and his goons.
Saint Andrew called Bruno at college and tried to talk him out of going, but it didn't work. Bruno pretended to like it and planned to have a good time. As a result, he united a minimum of to allow Andrew to join him. When they arrived at the baseball field, it was vacant. When the bullies came, Bruno and Andrew began throwing a ball back and forth. Rocky's pals crammed the bleachers.
"All right, Bruno. There isn't much light around." Rocky is making progress.
"Oh, I feel like messing about," Bruno remarked, and he was suddenly behind Rocky. Rocky whirled around, and the extremely fast submarine was right behind him. Bruno grinned and caressed Rocky's nose as he turned again. The children in the stands burst out laughing. Rocky flung his palm at Bruno, but Bruno was too quick. He grabbed Rocky's arm and threw him to the ground again and again until Rocky was weary and not a single punch had been thrown. Saint Andrew recognized the maneuvers as only a black belt in sports could.
Then, just next to the ball field, a car pulled up. It wasn't just any automobile, though. It had been a very unique vehicle. The words "Van Pelt Industries" were inscribed on the side. Val Pelt Industries was the industrial plant responsible for 90% of the use in Saint Andrew's town. The President, Steve Malone, was a management genius, thus everyone who worked there was fine.
"Well, I have to go now," Bruno said as he walked to the limousine. The traveler's door opened, and tall, beautiful Steve Malone stepped out. "Are you finished, Bruno?" He said cheerfully.
"I'm sure I am, Dad." Also, the two started getting inside the car. Rocky and Andrew stood in awe as the son of the city's monarch, whom everyone assumed was a poor youngster, climbed into the motorcar with his father. Bruno peered out the open window before they took off.
"Andrew, you gave me food when you believed I was impoverished." "Would you want to return to the mansion for a wonderful lengthy visit?" He made the offer. "YOU GUESS!" Saint Andrew shouted and dashed to his automobile, where they let him decide on his mother on the phone so he could go to the mansion. So why not? Who wouldn't want to spend time with the king's son at a luxurious mansion? Anyone would appreciate such a supporter. I'm sure I would.
